"and was "within 30 days" of making a decision on an indictment."

Clinton was pretty incompetent if that was his goal. Not only did Dan get indicted, he wound up serving 15 of the 17 months he was sentenced to.

Unlike Libby.

"By dismissing all 93 U.S. Attorneys at once, the Clintons conveniently cleared the decks to appoint "Friend of Bill" Paula Casey as the U.S. Attorney for Little Rock."

Incompetence again. It isn't like Bill avoided the hook on Whitewater.

"When it comes to "politicizing" Justice, in short, the Bush White House is full of amateurs compared to the Clintons."

Arrant nonsense. When did Bill have the DOJ packed with loyalists with little or no experience? Show me where the DOJ under Clinton prosecute Republicans at a rate of more than 10 to 1 over Democrats?

Just read the emails that they didn't manage to delete. It is clear that Rove was giving marching orders to Gonzales. And that Gonzales pressured USAs to file against Democrats right before an election on totally made up grounds. And investigations were into Republicans were blocked. It is all documented, unlike these speculations.
