Since Kenneth Starr didn't find anything, despite years of trying and millions spent, there wasn't anything to bring indictments about. Very similar story, isn't it? One of my favorite themes. The man got his job heavily supported by Israel and as soon as he came up with a reasonably unbiased view on the Arab/Jewish question in general and the Palestine/Israel matter in particular, all the heavy guns were moved in place and triggered.
