know Pakistan was funding the Taliban, but Musharref stopped after 9/11 In terms of historical time periods, it is strange u bring up the Holocaust in the arguments you prefer, and say "9/11 is history - not to worry - his support before then to Taleban is no cause for concern". Pakistan never had a democracy to destory Zulfiqar Ali Butto, Benazir Bhutto, Nawaz Sharriff were all elected by the people and deposed by the Military. Does Musharref parade his missiles saying "Death to India" and "India must be wiped off the map"? He does not have to. his actions indicate the desire to do so. Who started the Kargill war ? Not India - it was Pakistan under Musharraff's dictatorship.

"Iran just unveiled new 1800 km range missiles and paraded them through the streets. The trucks said: "Death to the USA" "Death to Israel" "No Muslim can Recognize Israel" "Israel Must Be Wiped Off the Map" This is no joke and we should take it (along with information we already have) as direct notice that we have enemy nation status with them. Because of this, the slightest provocation coming from them should be viewed as no less than an act of war. However, open communication is an alternative to violent confrontation and I will always recommend it when the opportunity presents itself.

Is Musharref killing Indian soldiers NOW? YES. Read the Indian Press, and pretty much on a weekly basis, u will read some story about Indian soldiers killed by Pakistani soldiers. In addition, Pakistan holds POWs from the 1971 war with India, without any access provided to them by Indian family or Indian dilomats. In addition he sends terrorists trained by his ISI into India to commit terrorist acts again Indian civilians, and provides a safe home to India's most wanted terrorist - Dawood Ibrahim.
