Any propaganda machine emphasizes certain things to press the emotional buttons. At the same time, it makes very effort to not let the other party speak.

Actually, both republicans and democrats can recognize the methodology of propaganda from the other side when it comes to internal political issues. And they protest about the unfairness of such tactics when they are attacked.

One the other hand, with the limited knowledge of the rest of the world that they have, most americans readily believe the official line.

There have been many behind the scenes attempts to conduct diplomacy with the Mullahs' regime, and they have all been costly failures.
Are you also an expert behind the scene? I am impressed. However, I know better, and I believe you are full of it. Please control that imagination of yours.
