Internally, Iran does not have any significant number of jews. So the situation is not the same. No, Iran already got rid of most of their Jews. So they attack the ones in Israel instead. Not exactly the same, but close enough. The arguments are the same. Ahmedinijad has seen US win World War II. He has seen US destroy Vietnam and Iraq, and Iran through Iraq war. Why would he take the kind of foolish steps that Hitler took? And Iran is relatively weak compared to Germany was in those days. You would think. But that's not how Iran has been acting, is it? Kidnapping British sailors, training Shia militias (and helping Al Qaeda and the Taliban), sending Qods forces to kill Americans. They act like they don't have any confrontation to fear. Besides, your last statement about Iran's comparative weakness is untrue. Germany through most of the 30s was very weak, it was rebuilding its economy and army from almost zero. Hitler was bluffing, brilliantly as it turned out. Hitler wasn't strong until 1938, 39. Also, Israel should keep an eye out for that. Oh, please, I have already posted endless examples. The entire Mideast is awash with Nazi propaganda and Iran is worse than most. Go look up Iran on memri.org, you'll find plenty of examples.
