I can't see why the USA doesn't just take President Amendiejihad prisoner, like Iranians do to Americans and British when they feel like it. And perhaps declare a fatwah on him for offending me about the Holocaust among other things, such as breaching the Sacred Word about freedom of speech, not to mention being a Death to America proponent.
