when you mention cable you do include fios optic.. which for tv is about $22 mo cheaper than comcast for same service. netflex was great at first. cheap and get as many as you wanted. and you could order news asap once you put dvd in mail box. then things began to change. dvd's came that didn't function, mail delays,, no longer would they send a dvd until one was returned. i switched to small local place outside portland me. cheaper and again put in mail box and they would release order based on your new order. much limited selection. then dvd wore off , too much time, etc. and fell for the movie channels ,, the free movie channels. News i find cable news best. never read a paper, all one sided and never get both positions, web best place to get news, great selection. mags again one sided and old news . no wonder circulation for papers and mags are on the way out.
