The Clinton 1993 health care plan DID succeed. Hasn't anyone noticed the great advent of HMO's since that time? HMO's were the main part of the plan. The Congress nixed it, but Big Money moved in that direction anyway, and the rest is history.

Blame Bubba? They will try anything, but it won't work on Health Care. Nothing seems to stick to Hillary right now. Combination of "Early Days" and the MSM's reluctance to go after her.
