Any holders of any low fixed rate long term debt will get slaughtered the next cycle.. Only question is to what extent holders of clowbucks get similarly slaughtered too?

Does that imply it's a good time to be borrowing long-term at low fixed rates, put your bucks into an asset that is not overpriced today and let inflation devalue much of your eventual repayment?
