He is a liar, plain and simple. The USSR and the states had too many (nukes and MAD assured that they would not be used). Sane heads prevailed. These moslums are not sane BTW. He WILL use his bomb. Failing that he will export the means to create a dirty bomb to his allies like Syria. When whackos like this make blanket denials one just has to know that they are lying. Don't forget the disdain he holds for the American public, government and westerners in general. He is of the school that westerners are so stupid and gullible that they will believe anything, so he resorts to telling us what we want to hear.
