It's Del. State Univ and you need a 'c' average in Highschool and probably 600-800 on the SATs

This is black on black. They don't come right out and say it, but it's obvious.

didn't realize that.. i thought it was un of del. and i used to recruit there, in fact hired quite a few top kids. i figured things really gone to hell in the last 15 years since i was recruiting.
