idea that the USD could sink that low was laughable when Bush took office, but his administration found a way to do it.

although Bush is retarded, fall of USD can't be blamed on him. structural c/a deficit preceded him and was bound to unwind at some point. trade deficit is already unwinding on his watch. neither its rise nor its fall can be attributed to the simian.

possible higher future tax and interest rates, to make up for recent Republican profligacy, would be more properly attributable to Bush and other rightwing tards.
