Exactly. Now we are getting somewhere.

IF... someone like me were to say in response to a question about Brinker's newsletter:

"One fund in Brinker's Portfolio #1 sells for 2¢ per share and the other sells for 4¢ a share."

Would that be a lie thus making whomever stated it a liar?

A false statement meant to hurt Brinker's reputation?

Both?
