A chicken lobster-- also known as a "chick", is a one pounder.
I live in a NE fishing village and believe me, I know. We locals would much rather eat two chicks than most 2 or 3 pounders. The meat is sweeter.

Tommaso's right.

OT. At least in the Boston area, "chicken lobster" used to mean a pound and quarter, lowest legal size. There were no lower limits in PEI, it seemed, and you could buy them as small as about 3/4 pound. For example--
