Or they could not find a buyer(s). Very illiquid so even 100,000 shares would take some time to sell.

I hope you are correct tho. I am long in the tooth with EPM.

Maybe Cannacord Adams exercised the warrants to cover stock already sold (shorted). Maybe the earlier sale of stock partly accounts for recent weakness in the stock price.
