I can't open all the websites that require JVM with my Safari Browser.

Just a small note. I, too, suffered some problems with Safari....as in I couldn't place trades!!!! I called Schwab ASAP and they were extremely helpful. They told me to download Firefox for my browser. I love Firefox. It supports everything I do EXCEPT for running my StreetSmart Pro. (I still use my old Dell for that.........) Your other questions perhaps can be handled by people who are apple aficionados. I've been using this platform for all of two weeks. I like it. Really I bought this MacBook Pro because of all the AAPL stock I own. I'm not sorry for either situation. Later. Sus.
