Most thinking people know Brinker's forecasts and insights at any particular point in time may or may not ultimately be profitable based on future economic and business conditions over time. Also there is the need to recognize that economic and market conditions change subsequent to the expression of such forecasts and insights. This is where individual responsibility to do one's own due diligence comes in. Investors taking anyone's advice are responsible to themselves for following or not following the insights and recommendations of any investment advisor, pundit, or talking head, including Brinker's. His wrong QQQ of 7 years ago is old news - I heard him express regret over it on the radio a few times, but I did not feel he should have changed careers over it. After all, it was presented as a speculation for very aggressive investors and was not put into his normal recommended portfolios. Now you may disagree with that recommended policy and you may be angry at your investment results from having followed it to a greater or lesser extent, but it was your decision to take that flyer (if you did) and you should kick yourself in the ass for having over done so if you are so disappointed. Frankly, I do not understand why people who believe Brinker lacks integrity hang around continually obsessed with the man, rather than move on with their lives to an investment advisor they trust. I guess they feel like some kind of martyr saving the world from Brinker. It's like they are tilting at windmills. So Ting, MOVE ON for heaven sake! You'll feel better in a positive world without all the negativity it takes tilting at windmills. P
