The President has veto power over the budget. Look at the numbers. You can't deny a correlation. Oh, I forgot, it doesn't fit with the ideology so there is no way you can admit a correlation. I was just listening to an interview with Alan Greenspan on NPR. He was talking about Clinton being a "moderate Democrat" and how close that was to his position as a "libertarian Republican". Interesting stuff...
