the dems in md want to raise like 16 different taxes on us this year. Two more years and I'm out of this liberal hell hole.

When we all make a flight to other states the only thing they'll be raising is the outlay for welfare. This state is crazy and they wont figure it out until we're in so much debt that we go bankrupt. I'm ready to up and leave. I was offered a job for a firm in downtown Chicago. When I say downtown I mean like a block off Michigan Ave. I don't think I want to be that far in but I may take it. Its a decent opportunity that if offered in a different city I'd probably jump at. If it were in Minneapolis I'd be packing my bags. The truth is if I'm going to leave I'd like it to be in a slightly warmer climate. Most people have no idea what 3 inches of snow does to downtown Chicago - they have no place to put the snow. As a Wisconsin guy I don't fear snow but when you're in the heart of a city a little snow can create a standstill.
