Herb & Wyatt: I tinkered a bit more with Handbrake (current version 0.9.0) and, yes, you CAN queue multiple DVDs for batch processing (well, since there's only one DVD drive on the machine, you actually copy the DVD contents to disk -- be sure to make a folder for each DVD and label the folder with the title of the movie or whatever you want the resulting file to be called). What you get at the end is a whole bunch of ripped files. While Handbrake's interface may make it appear that the latest source (DVD) overrides the previous DVD you designated for ripping, it's actually misleading, as what it is doing is only showing you the name (Destination File) of the last DVD you pointed it to. So pay no attention to it. Just queue, press Start and wait. Simple :)) -we-

Herb, Make your settings, then create a unique name for the 1st program. I think you won't need to fuss with the names. Just point Handbrake to the DVD (don't open the DVD and point to the VIDEO_TS or AUDIO_TS folders inside). It will use the name of the DVD, which is usually the name of the movie. I haven't checked what happens when you queue different titles within the same DVD, but I suppose Handbrake will have a mechanism to name of the resulting ripped files. Will try that out later. But like I said, you can definitely queue multiple DVDs. -we-
