The problem exists across parties, no doubt. Guliani has been grilled about it. Especially by Romney and others. His excuse was that in order to clean up NYC he had to guarantee illegals they had sanctuary to get them to work with Police.
Kind of a half fast reason, IMHO.

Really, when did the people vote on that? We have those cities in FL and I never recall voting on it. If they were it would lose by 70-30 at this time.
