Kirk, As I can't readily find a copy of the original bulletin on my PC or otherwise, I'll have to take your word for it that his wording was "Also we recommend subscribers with conservative objectives invest 20% to 30% of CASH RESERVES in the QQQ shares in order to take advantage of this opportunity." If in fact that was his wording, then my assertion that it was "a speculation only for aggressive investors" stands corrected. Perhaps I was thinking of his Firsthand Funds speculation. I believe you are correct that the QQQ trade is still open and he still rates it a hold. The recommendation is old news, for sure. 7 years, come on, that's old news. P
