Little question of that. From what I know, China is doing exactly what Japan was doing before their economy bellyflopped back in the '90s. Little vetting is done on loan requests. If you have contacts, then any hare-brained scheme can get money for it. So a lot of the building that is going on is doomed to fail.

Now when Japan went down for the count, we were in really good shape so it didn't spread beyond Japan. Now, it isn't the case. To be charitable.

So when it starts to unravel, things will get real messy, real quick. And I am not sure China as presently constituted will survive.
