It would be weird. WSC price is not in any way higher than historically. It has significantly lower 2 year and 5 year returns than S&P500. If Munger said that the share price was "bid up" when stock is experiencing such mediocre returns, then he would be saying that WSC intrinsic growth is much lower than S&P...

I wonder if he made the remark when WSC was at $500 and outpacing BRK. Now it is 20% lower though... ;)
