I am an alternative health researcher and I came across the information and remembered it. I do not take it myself but I have read testimonials that appeared to be sincere.

a joyful update on my dear friend had her lumpectomy early last week took out 2 centimeters of breast tissue and all her lymph nodes on that side - spent one night in the hospital there was a small pea size tumor left little discomfort - light pain pills she can't lift that arm or drive for 2 weeks then in mid November 6 weeks of radiation begins she feels so positive I do too am taking her to a dinner and play tonight - she wants to get out

Hello all you fellow gout sufferers, friends, and spouses. For about six months, I have been taking a product called "Go-out Plex". It is a capsule combining black cherry & celery seed. I stopped my prescription of Allupurinol. So far, so good, but you never know. I was diagnosed with gout approx 25 years ago and have had three attacks. The original one and two others when I had stopped taking my medicine. The post below is from a friend who suffered a major attack of gout recently. Good luck to all of you with gout and everyone else with their particular health problems. Bob I use black cherry concentrate from super supplements, not the tablet form (pills). The liquid stuff just mixes with water so you're flushing your system out @ the same time. It took only 24 hours with the black cherry before my gout was gone, so if its not working for you, you know quick! But I drank like 150-200oz of the stuff in that time frame. Tell who ever has it good luck. I haven't had any troubles with it sense I used black cherry.
