our students must be missing an incredible amount of canned wisdom because we failed to invite Bashir Assad to lecture to them. And an argument can be made that Saddam Hussein, before he was hung, should have been allowed to come to Columbia and give a talk.

Think I'll write to the U.N. and tell them I want my quarters back I contributed to the Children's Funds when they started and with interest.

Were we ever gullible-------just a simple organization to help the starving children of the world.

Quite frankly, I am surprised someone did not assassinate 'this A'jad guy of Iran' while here. Who paid for his security? Columbia? The U.N.? American Taxpayers? Some benefactor of Columbia?
