Maybe so. But I'd like to see us incarcerate violent prisoners, rather than going after drug users and drug growers who didn't do anything violent. I do not like the rate of expansion of incarceration, the seizures of private property, or the fact that police departments are enriching themselves with these seizures. I find that an unpalatable system- and we've tried it for a long time. I'm ready for something else. It might not work, but then again, it just might. What we have now is not (imo) working.
