I've been so busy that I didn't even know about the story.

Honestly? I've been a news hound all my life but since my divorce I've ignored it. I don't need anymore reasons to worry or feel rotten. I know that sounds selfish but for the time being its my defense mechanism.

said the trails are not clearly marked so go lost. used a compass , which may not have been much help, ran into power lines and followed them to a road where they ran into a repair line woman. The group had a cell phone but no reception in that area. I wonder why people who want to take risks in the wilderness do not buy a cheap homing device in case they need rescue?
