The same thing as I'm suggesting we do in the US. It's everyone's responsibility. But let me tell you something about leadership. A good leader knows that he has to lead by example and when he does that, he'll gain enough friends and influence to be able to coerce the remaining folks to do what needs doing. Bush is a shitty leader. He thinks he can get others to do what he wants just because he says so. So how's that been working for him? The evidence says, not so well.
