The markets aren't doing all the great if you look more closely.

Like few high flyers pulling up the averages, there are a few areas of the country that are still doing well, like the NE and NW. But many areas are already in recession, like parts of Florida, the Inland Empire in So. Cal., Phoenix, etc. Many other areas are starting to turn down as the RE market keeps getting worse and worse.
