I agree with you with Guiliani....He is a known guy. IMO, he wears well, even if I don't always agree with him on everything. On the important matters, mostly I do. Will see how he is and what he says for the next few months. So is Hillary a "known" but that IS the problem for Hillary. I agree also even though Giuliani is not a flawless character himself. The one upside of this endless campaign is that it is extremely difficult for even the most seasoned pro to keep his/her true character entirely under wraps for so long a period. And for Hillary, that's a problem. The Socratic motto, "Be what you wish to seem" has never been her style.
