why? I was talking about do NOT use the bank safe deposit box. Banks, no matter they are private or state-owned, they are state institutions in nature. So in any due time, the state has the Control over it, as simple as that!

The only solution is to buy some of your own safe deposit box, best quality ones, and bury under your own backyard. And don't tell me the Fed has the man power to search every single backyard. That is simply impossible

Although depending on how long for the ban. Because if the ban is longer than someone's life time, then no matter how much gold you own, it lost purpose since you can never use it or take it out of the country to change them into currency<g>
