TJ is happy because almost no one in HK bought the sub-prime paper, so HK will become stronger relative to other financial centers.

There has been discussions about sloppy and near criminal mortgage lending in the Boom Boom Room thread since about 3 + years ago, and in other places on SI.

All freely or cheaply available to even the richest fund manager, over most of the known world.
