Ahmedinijad is an Iranian and is not entitled to the protections due American citizens. What protections he has, are due to diplomatic treaty. At that, it's a courtesy he doesn't deserve because his own government routinely violates such treaties. He should have been limited to the UN.

What's to interpret? Constitution is quite clear in it's references to citizens of the United States.
