Excellent. That letter is something I was thinking of when visualizing something like a new version of The Federalist Papers.

But one thing....Admiral Yamamoto was wearing the Japanese uniform so wouldn't have been deemed an "enemy combatant" would he? That seemingly small thing is part of the real problem. Too many people think these murdering barbarians are criminals, and not really enemies of the US. Those same people want them treated as if they were citizens of the US and with the same rules.

Perhaps the current rules as far as uniform, etc should be re-written. Perhaps the definition should be: any person who ha been trained by any foreign terrorist organization to do harm to the US and it's citizens shall be deemed to be an enemy combatant, no matter what he/she is currently wearing.
