Thats true. We know he wrote No beside every proposal that was tough. But being a Democrat, Clarke is willing to lie about that now.

LIAR, LIAR, LIAR! Bush let 9-11 happen after ignoring several urgent warnings. Clinton was warned on different occasions too and went right into action, thereby stopping the terrible LAX 1999 bombing attempt which would have paralyzed the country and killed hundreds.
