Lots of juice. Over 150 billion in outstanding repos from the Fed/Treas. Also the lending from the SOMA starts to ramp up from the 3rd or 4th day from the end of each month.

Their modus operandi:

-Talk tough on inflation to convince people they are tight, while conducting an extremely inflationary monetary policy.

-conceal the growth in money supply

-repeat "inflation is 1.9% " lie so long that it becomes true in the minds of many people, so that they can proceed to rip them off with -5% real interest rates.
