Bonuses to selling agents from anxious sellers are not unusual. Those bonuses usually get rebated right back into the pockets of the buyer.

Any seller who thinks he's getting a bargain on real estate commissions in this market is sorta nuts, particularly if he is only focusing on the advertising of his property.

Geez.....someone has to stick up for his interests in negotiations against that buyer-agent whose getting a huge commission to get the deal done. <<GG>>
