Apple's Mail, for certain–that's the program I use. Not sure about compatibility with any other mail apps.

As I noted in my previous post, it supports Entourage, for sure. Don't know about others. It occurred to me that I don't know how the OS knows that Entourage is my default mail program. I know that there's a preference in iPhoto that allows you to select your mail program so that you can easily e-mail pictures, and I have that set to Entourage. But there's no OS-level system preference for that.

In any case, when I hit Apple-I or Shift-Apple-I, a new e-mail window pops up in Entourage, with the relevant link or web page pre-loaded into the message.
