yes indeed, shift-apple-4 is a lot more versatile.

Whats fun is to get a screen dump (either method and then open the file and leave the computer for the next person... (OK OK stupid practical jokes not allowed here, but then again you can take bets on how long it takes when IT shows up for them to figure out that the computer is not frozen, it's just a picture of the screen :-))
