Seattle is prolly the best of the bunch but I have some studies that show it's weakening.

Its got more inventory but prices are still going up. Portland has more houses on the market but prices are still going up. Both Seattle and Portland are creating jobs.....when you have job growth, demand for housing usually remains solid. Plus, we don't have as many speculators/flip floppers like FLA or CA.
