Anyone have a gut feel on when the Europeans will cry "uncle" and move to support the USD vs Euro exchange rate?

Because for them, each decrease in the USD also brings down the value of china's exchange rate (since they peg to the USD).

Surely such a high value on the Euro is not going to be good for European economic growth.
