Is this what Mish meant deflation - you know - waiting to have kids because the cost might drop??? Or is it sharing a bedroom with your kid brother until you are 35 years old?? I may be getting two McMansions for the price of one in a few years. OTOH, who or what will pay my social security. What was it in 1935 - 40 workers for each retiree. Now its down to about 2:1, and soon to be "underwater" - just like they say about people with ARMs.
