I know of no lawsuits.

The new symbol is now SGIC.

Old shares were declared worthless via the bankruptcy case.

You might check the internet, perhaps something.

11/13/2007 11:27AM TFNF Silicon Graphics shareholder Southpaw Asset Mgmt. recommends selling the company.

Go to SGIC, current symbol for the above.

Southpaw Asset Mgmt. purchased about 5% of the company at the end of the Bankruptcy case.

Southpaw cites the patents that SGIC has--------remember these are patents that many who opposed the CH. 11 bk noted.

So now Southpaw recommends selling the company.

So who is going to buy the company and take control of the patents?????? (The real value of the company.)
