USPS If i had hair, USPS would cause me to pull it out! I Sent Registed mail to lawyers in Miami. The USPS delivered and did not bother to collect signature. I never get a receipt and the law firm tells me they never got the package.They traced the package from Boston to Miami where the trail went cold. I go to my local USPO and they tell me they delivered it but did not bother to collect the signatures! WTF? I asked for my money back,yuck yuck yuck. 2 months later a lawyer for the firm calls me to as if i know why my papers are at his firm! Anyway thhe first lawyer i hired in Atlanta got me my deposit back on the last condo we had purchased in Miami, after they had missed the closing date by over a year.That building is still not ready for occupency. I will go to Miami for the absolute auctions that will be coming fast and furious. Last week they held an auction were the buyers paid 50% of the former asking prices. I will wait for 20 cents on the dollar like 1991. This year we are going to FL a month later and will come home a moth earlier then last year and hope it is nowhere near as hot. The only good thing to come of all this is G no longer wants to spend the winters in FL. As i love winter sports i am estatic.
