APT, one of your old rats still near the 52 week low, announced a stock buy back yesterday which caused it to move up some. Seeing more movement this morning.

I have some between 1.55 - 1.71. Decided to get some with the bird flue time of year approaching. As you know, they sell disposable protective apparel and infection control products, face shields, masks, etc

yeah quite amazing...stuff you don't see on TV. This re market is so rife with liars and scumbags and media shills, payoffs, ripoff artists...it's just a sin. Hopefully they will all go to hell. Housing is a privilege that should go first to the people who legally live in any given country, not illegals, not offshore investors who own 2 (existing) condos or homes or more. Capitalism really sucks and the housing market is proof.
