Not by much. Much less than 10%. Historically speaking, that is about as stagnant as it gets.

So yeah, production has gone up. If it went up 1 barrel a day, it would have been an increase. But the fact of the matter is that production hasn't gone up enough to service existing markets. With new markets like China and India opening up, it is totally insufficient.

And that will only get worse.
