The first commercially available DRAM. <-- Good point

The first commercially available Microprocessor. <---part of the X86 world, so not within the scope of my question

The first commercially available flash memory. <-- good point.

All these were done for the X86 infrastructure. You can't have X86 working without DRAM, micro and flash.

What outside of the X86. Ethernet doesn't count, because you can run a computer without ethernet, just be very isolated.
