Scott, I think you were a bit light on the price of houses in the lower mainland, a 2000 sq ft house in my neighbourhood is almost $500,000 and in more affluent area's million dollar houses are the norm, I think Ralf's comment that wages are coming down are out to lunch as I don't see any wages coming down, a drug addict can get a job on a construction site as a labourer for over $20 bucks an hour, help wanted signs are everywhere.
