"the [Maxam Gold MXAM] truth hard to believe"

Yes, that is what I have stated.

New potential investors go to: maxamgoldcorp.com

Welcome to the Maxam Gold Corporation Website.

The current press release has been initiated NOT by Maxam Gold Inc.,
but by a few shareholders unwilling to allow Maxam to decay into Chapter 7/11.

These few folks put together a small sum of money to bring back the Maxam
cancelled web site, and initiate yet another "proof" Maxam has gold in the dirt.

The history of Maxam's press releases date back over twenty (20) years,
but prior to this current press release one can find only five dated 2006
that contain substantial look-ahead progress that has fallen victim to the
same old same: SAFE HARBOR STATEMENT

a.k.a. NO Accountability, No Explaination Why Results So Far Equals ZERO

New potential investors should: "call Richard Steeves and ask some questions"

Yes, call Maxam Gold and ask that the press releases of 2006 be explained
in a newly made official Maxam press release. For if Maxam will not do this,
then don't expect in 2008 the press release(s) of 2007 be accounted for.

Conclusion: The facts of Maxam Gold press releases are hard to believe.

"... unwilling to allow Maxam to decay into Chapter 7/11."

Let me expand on the above statement I made in my prior post.

Maxam prior to recent news release suggested a bankruptcy filling forthwith.

If true, then my speculation in,
Message 23392506
might become a fact of truth rather than my imagination of a "what if."

This person you referenced: "call Richard Steeves and ask some questions"

This person's lack of communication to shareholders might suggest complicity.

ok, here is a copy & paste of above post.

[start.]

Lets do (imagine) the follow story-line...

XCENTIA tells Maxam they can not get metals out of the flyash,
not enough or the right types to make Maxam's process viable.

But XCENTIA was able to get the quanity and types out of the flyash.

XCENTIA lied.

Why?

Simple. "Its the nature of criminal stupid."

The story continues in the future as Maxam Inc goes under,
bankrupty
ch 11
and and
surprise surprise
XCENTIA buys from the court for near zero cash the Maxam rights,
and and
double surprise surprise
XCENTIA is now able to get the quanity and types out of the flyash.

Moral of this story is that the officers of Maxam put into place NO safeguards
to protect shareholders interest, and they should have and not to was criminal.
